The Tower and Museum are generally open and staffed by Green Thumb personnel Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays spring through fall. 

If the lights are on in the evening, we are probably tidying up,  working on the displays or just hanging out train watching; come on up and join in!  The vantage point is excellent for both east and west traffic, and we can trade stories.
